As a reminder, there is a $10.00 lunch fee for each of our National Realtor® Members and a $15.00 lunch fee for each of our National Affiliate Members. Additionally, a $20.00 lunch fee will be assessed to members in attendance without a reservation, as well as to those members who confirm their reservation and subsequently do not attend the luncheon. A $35.00 lunch fee will be charged to non-members. This is a very exciting year for our Chapter and we look forward to seeing everyone throughout the year. Katherine Ashby is an event! Her energy, intelligence and wit make her more than just another motivational speaker and feng shui consultant. Cutting through predictable formats with humor and great personal warmth, Katherine engages her audiences and clients from the beginning, and directs them into adopting important practices of feng shui and metaphysical blessings that literally transform her clients’ lives.
Katherine’s personal journey with Feng Shui began more than 15 years ago. She has roots and experience in both Western (Black Sect Tantric Buddhist—BTB) and Classical Chinese Feng Shui. The world famous Grandmaster Thomas Lin Yun was one of her most illustrious teachers. He was the Master to introduce Feng Shui to the Western world! She is also part of the Wu Chang Feng Shui Lineage, having learned the teachings and techniques of Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai of Malaysia. He is world famous for being the first Grandmaster to originate teaching of some of the most complex and sophisticated feng shui techniques ever to non-Asian students. For over a decade Katherine has consulted and taught both major schools of Feng Shui across Texas.
Katherine lives her passion for Feng Shui by assisting her clients in bringing success to both their personal and commercial endeavors. Her skills and talents have resulted in countless positive life changes and success stories for her clients over the years. One success story: a distraught home owner followed Katherine’s advice to help sell her home which had been on the market for 17 months. After using just one feng shui application, within a week a bidding contest for the house commenced and the happy client received $35,000 over her asking price!
She has taught Feng Shui classes for University of Houston, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Brenham Independent School District, Blackwood Educational Land Institute, Texas Education Agency, Girl Scouts of America, and Houston Community College, among other prestigious organizations.
Katherine offers her time freely to educate people through extensive public speaking.
